G'day Dexcom Patient Trial Program

This program is available to anyone with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes or gestational diabetes who has not used Dexcom CGM previously. It offers them the opportunity to monitor their glucose levels and experience the difference Dexcom CGM can make in their glucose management.

Through the G'day Dexcom Program, your clients can use the CGM at no cost for up to 10 days. If you have a suitable client, just complete the form below to get them started.

Consult your healthcare professional to see if this product is right for you. Dexcom G7 and Dexcom ONE+ are a continuous glucose monitoring system indicated for the management of (type 1, type 2, gestational) diabetes in people age 2 years and older where self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) is indicated.

A compatible smart device is required to use the Dexcom CGM Systems. For a list of compatible devices, please visit dexcom.com/compatibility.

Terms and conditions: All Dexcom users must review all training materials provided with the product. If the Dexcom user requires further training on the product, they must contact their healthcare professional or contact AMSL Diabetes for further assistance. If glucose alerts and readings do not match symptoms or expectations, user should use a blood glucose meter. It is the Dexcom user’s responsibility to seek appropriate advice when necessary and to use the device as per usage instructions. The warranty conditions for the Dexcom systems can be found on our website. In agreement with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Dexcom user’s records will be maintained in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. The Dexcom user assigns indemnity to AMSL from and against all claims of whatsoever nature (to the maximum extent permitted by law) relating (whether directly or indirectly) to the Dexcom CGM Systems. Use of non-approved platforms will invalidate the warranty for the sensor and transmitter.
